Deleted Web Pages Reveal Obama Led an Effort To Build a Ukraine-Based BioLab | SECRET TRUTHS

 A deleted web article discovered on the Wayback machine reveals that former president Obama led an agreement that resulted in the construction of Biolabs handling “hazardous pathogens” in Ukraine.

This news comes at the same time the Biden regime henchwoman

Victoria Nuland spoke at the U.S. Senate and said the “U.S. government is concerned about bioresearch facilities falling into Russian hands” due to the conflict in Eastern Europe.

Originally posted on June 18th, 2010, the recovered article speaks on “Biolab Opens in Ukraine” details Obama, while still serving as an Illinois Senator, helped arrange a deal to structure a level 3 biosafety lab in the Ukrainian city of Odessa.

The article, which also talked of the work of former Senator Dick Lugar, was additionally included in Issue No. 818 of the U.S Air Force Counterproliferation Center’s Outreach Journal.

“Lugar revealed plans for the facility began in 2005 when he and then-Senator Barack Obama entered into a partnership with Ukrainian officials. Lugar and Obama also helped coordinate efforts between the U.S and Ukrainian researchers that year to study and help prevent avian flu,” explained Tina Redlup, the author of the article.

A 2011 report from the U.S. National Academy of Sciences’ Committee on Anticipating Biosecurity Challenges of the Global Expansion of High-Containment Biological Laboratories confirmed how the Odessa-based laboratory “is accountable for identifying of hazardous biological pathogens.”

The Odesa-based laboratory was rebuilt and technically modernized to the BSL-3 level through a collaborative alliance among the U.S. Department of Defense & the Ministry of Health of Ukraine that started in 2005. The collaboration concentrates on stopping the spread of specific technologies, pathogens, and knowledge that can be used in the development of biological weapons,” this report also explains.

“The modernized laboratory serves as Interim Central Reference Laboratory with a depositary (pathogen collection). According to Ukrainian rules, it has a permit to work on both bacteria and viruses of the first and second pathogenic groups,”

 

A separate document detailing Ukraine’s bio lab network from the Bioweapons Prevention Project Goes into a more robust sense of the scope and type of pathogens researched at this facility.

The lab has studied Ebola and “viruses of pathogenicity group II using virology, molecular, serologic and express methods.”

also, the lab provided “special training for specialists on biosafety and biosecurity issues during handling of dangerous biological pathogenic agents.”

 The exhumed bio lab facility follows intense examination over the U.S. government’s decision to fund risky, “gain-of-function” research in Wuhan at a Chinese Communist Party-run lab with military ties.
